Responsibilities
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews
- Support onboarding processes for new hires and maintain accurate personnel records
- Administer employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries
- Contribute to HR compliance documentation and policy updates
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and cultural events
- Manage HRIS data entry and reporting tasks
- Support payroll processing and timekeeping administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
