Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintain accurate personnel records
- Administer employee benefits programs and enrollment processes
- Contribute to HR compliance documentation and policy updates
- Manage HRIS data entry and report generation
- Support employee relations initiatives and engagement activities
- Assist with payroll processing support and time-off tracking
Qualifications
