Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Manage employee records and HR documentation using Workday platform
- Contribute to HR compliance initiatives including I-9 verification and policy updates
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Assist in analyzing HR metrics and reporting trends to leadership
- Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (Workday experience a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
- Proactive problem-solving approach with customer service mindset
