Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding processes to ensure seamless new hire integration
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee files in compliance with regulations
- Administer benefits programs and employee inquiries
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and cultural events
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis for decision-making
- Support compliance with federal and state labor laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Basic understanding of HR compliance regulations (FLSA, EEO, ADA)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
