- Facilitate employee relations inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Assist in organizing training programs and development initiatives
- Support compliance with federal and state labor regulations
- Contribute to HR analytics and reporting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
