Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems
- Assist with onboarding processes including new hire paperwork and orientation materials
- Manage employee records in HRIS platforms ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communication campaigns
- Support HR compliance documentation including I-9 verification and personnel file maintenance
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms (Workday experience a plus)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Proactive problem-solving approach with a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Basic knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
