Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding processes to ensure seamless new hire integration
- Manage employee records in HRIS systems while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and cultural programs
- Process payroll and benefits documentation with attention to accuracy
- Assist in HR compliance audits and policy updates
- Support HR analytics and reporting for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Knowledge of HR regulations (FLSA, EEOC) a plus
- Proactive problem-solving approach and collaborative mindset
