Responsibilities
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Onboard new hires and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems
- Support HR compliance initiatives including document filing and policy updates
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs
- Handle confidential HR inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Assist in performance management processes and data analysis
- Support HR administrative tasks including benefits administration and payroll coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of federal and state labor regulations
- Proactive problem-solving approach with customer service mindset
