Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess cultural fit and skills
- Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS platform (Greenhouse training provided)
- Coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers and candidates
- Facilitate offer negotiations and onboarding processes
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
- Assist with HR compliance documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of recruitment or HR coordination experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Valid Indiana driver's license preferred for client meetings
