Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain recruitment pipelines
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide candidate feedback
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation
- Ensure compliance with EEOC and labor regulations
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of recruitment or HR internship experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license (required for occasional travel to job sites)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
