Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess cultural fit
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and documentation
- Coordinate interview logistics and candidate communications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job requirements
- Develop recruitment strategies using social media and job boards
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of recruiting or HR experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of employment laws and compliance

- Detroit metro area residency preferred
