Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking events
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain recruitment pipelines
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely updates to hiring managers
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation
- Support employer branding initiatives through social media and career fairs
- Analyze recruitment metrics and report on hiring KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of recruitment or HR internship experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
