Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
- Post job openings on career portals and maintain ATS database accuracy
- Coordinate interview logistics and candidate communications
- Assist with new employee onboarding and documentation
- Support HR compliance initiatives and maintain confidential employee records
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR/recruitment experience or relevant internship
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proactive problem-solving approach and team player mentality
- Valid California driver's license for occasional off-site recruitment activities
