Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain accurate recruitment records
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview schedules
- Facilitate candidate onboarding experiences and provide post-hire follow-up
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment events
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of recruitment or HR coordination experience (internships accepted)
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic HRIS platforms
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Valid driver's license for occasional travel to recruitment events
