Metro Health Systems is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City. Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for candidates in the Oklahoma City area.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records and personnel files in strict compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork is completed efficiently and orientation materials are distributed.
- Answer incoming inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits administration, and general employment questions via phone and email.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and assist in the administration of company-wide recognition programs.
- Support the payroll and benefits administration process by compiling time sheets and updating HRIS systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with Oklahoma state employment laws and compliance standards is highly desirable.
- A genuine interest in learning about talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
