Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions using ATS platforms and job boards
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Assist with onboarding processes and documentation for new hires
- Support HR initiatives including employee engagement programs and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting in HRIS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand departmental hiring needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of recruiting or HR internship experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Detail-oriented approach with high accuracy in documentation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment
- Valid Indiana driver's license for occasional off-site recruitment events
