Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain candidate pipelines
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
- Assist in crafting compelling job descriptions and employer branding content
- Onboard new hires and ensure smooth transition processes
- Collaborate with HR team on recruitment metrics and improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of recruitment or HR internship experience preferred
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday or Greenhouse
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Valid Arizona driver's license required for occasional off-site recruitment events
