Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions using job boards and social media
- Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate interview schedules
- Assist with new hire onboarding processes and documentation
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and recruitment metrics
- Support HR compliance initiatives and record-keeping
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR or recruiting experience (internships accepted)
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
