Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data entry and candidate documentation
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire paperwork preparation
- Support employer branding initiatives and job posting optimization
- Generate recruitment reports and analytics for leadership review
- Collaborate with HR team on compliance documentation and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of recruitment, HR coordination, or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
