Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct initial phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate fit
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain accurate candidate records
- Coordinate interview logistics and schedule between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation
- Participate in recruitment events and employer branding initiatives
- Generate weekly recruitment reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of recruitment or HR internship experience preferred
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
