Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and our ATS system
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit for various roles
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics with hiring managers
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system with candidate information
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires
- Collaborate with recruiters to optimize recruitment strategies
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and job fair events
Qualifications
- Recent Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- 0-2 years of recruitment or HR internship experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
