Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate interview schedules
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data entry and candidate pipelines
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental staffing needs
- Participate in recruitment events and employer branding initiatives
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of recruitment or HR internship experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal/written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (Workday a plus)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional travel
