Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage applicant pipeline and maintain accurate recruitment data in Greenhouse
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job postings
- Participate in recruitment events and university outreach programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of recruitment or HR internship experience
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of California labor laws and compliance requirements
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with customer service focus
