Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires
- Assist with HRIS data entry and maintenance of employee records
- Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and open enrollment periods
- Facilitate new employee orientation and training programs
- Assist with HR compliance documentation and reporting
- Support employee relations initiatives and performance tracking
- Manage office supplies inventory and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Valid California driver's license (company vehicle provided)
