Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding processes, preparing new hire paperwork, and conducting orientation sessions
- Manage HRIS data entry and maintenance for employee records
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and enrollment
- Support HR compliance initiatives including EEO reporting and record retention
- Assist with employee relations inquiries and conflict resolution support
- Organize company events and employee engagement activities
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving approach and team player mindset
- Knowledge of HR compliance basics (EEO, FMLA, ADA) a plus
