Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
- Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS system with high accuracy.
- Support the HR team with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and screening candidates.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and company policies.
- Coordinate company-wide events and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Must be willing to learn and adapt to new software and processes.
