Summary of Responsibilities
- Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Manage new hire onboarding, including orientation, benefits enrollment, and document collection.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system with 100% accuracy.
- Support employee relations initiatives and conduct exit interviews.
- Coordinate company events and employee engagement activities.
- Process payroll-related inquiries and assist with payroll data entry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive attitude and a desire to learn.
- Reliable internet connection and computer access.
