Responsibilities
- Recruitment Assistance: Support the HR team in posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules for potential candidates.
- Onboarding Excellence: Manage the new hire onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and that new employees feel welcomed.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, helping to resolve basic workplace issues and maintain a positive work environment.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system, including personnel files and attendance logs.
- Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits enrollment, questions, and open enrollment periods.
- HR Events: Coordinate company events, training sessions, and team-building activities to foster company culture.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail when handling confidential employee data and documents.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating computer systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Interpersonal Skills: A friendly, approachable demeanor with a strong desire to help others and learn new processes.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours (Monday through Friday).
