Responsibilities
- Assist with the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and orientation schedules.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records in our HRIS system, ensuring full compliance with company policies.
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Assist in payroll processing and timekeeping data verification.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company-wide events.
- Answer general HR inquiries and direct employees to the appropriate resources.
- Conduct research on employment laws and best practices to ensure organizational compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when managing data and documentation.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
- Knowledge of HR terminology and employment laws is a plus but not required.
