Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding programs for new hires, including documentation and orientation
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and company culture activities
- Assist in compliance with federal and state labor regulations
- Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
