Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process, including posting job descriptions and screening applicants.
- Assist with new employee onboarding, orientation, and paperwork processing.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases with strict confidentiality.
- Coordinate HR events, such as team building activities and annual reviews.
- Answer employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and company policies.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefit programs and leave requests.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
