Responsibilities
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews
- Onboard new hires: prepare paperwork, conduct orientation sessions, and maintain personnel files
- Support HR operations: process payroll data, track leave requests, and maintain compliance records
- Manage employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and HR procedures
- Assist in organizing employee engagement events and wellness initiatives
- Generate HR reports using HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR experience preferred)
- Collaborate with department heads on staffing needs and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of federal/state labor laws (FLSA, EEOC)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
