Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Support onboarding activities for new hires including paperwork processing and orientation scheduling
- Maintain accurate HR records in our HRIS system (Workday experience preferred)
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
- Support HR compliance documentation and policy updates
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership review
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Arizona labor laws and HR compliance basics
