Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
- Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Manage employee records using HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
- Administer HR compliance documentation and regulatory filings
- Support employee engagement activities and workplace culture initiatives
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Knowledge of Kentucky labor laws a plus
