Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, and interview coordination
- Assist with new hire onboarding and documentation compliance
- Manage employee records using HRIS systems (Workday experience preferred)
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and open enrollment
- Facilitate HR-related training programs and workshops
- Contribute to HR analytics reporting and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
