Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation compliance
- Manage HRIS data entry and record maintenance
- Conduct benefits administration and employee inquiries support
- Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics
- Support employee relations initiatives and events
- Ensure adherence to federal and state labor regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of HR compliance practices
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (required for occasional offsite events)
