Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with new hire onboarding, preparing employment documents, and conducting orientation sessions
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems with 100% accuracy
- Administer benefits enrollment and resolve employee benefit inquiries
- Support HR compliance initiatives including EEO reporting and record maintenance
- Organize employee engagement events and training programs
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (Workday/BambooHR a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations (FLSA, ADA, FMLA)
