Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation using HRIS systems
- Contribute to HR compliance initiatives including I-9 verification and record maintenance
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture programs
- Assist in benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms (Workday a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
- Proactive problem-solving approach with customer service mindset
