Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records in HRIS systems
- Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and HR procedures
- Contribute to HR compliance documentation and regulatory filings
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and company events
- Assist in performance management processes and data analysis
- Support HR administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and maintaining documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance standards
- Proactive problem-solving approach and eagerness to learn
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
