Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding
- Assist with employee relations inquiries and maintain accurate HR records
- Administer benefits enrollment and manage HRIS data integrity
- Coordinate training programs and new hire orientation sessions
- Support HR compliance initiatives and documentation requirements
- Assist in organizing company culture events and employee engagement activities
- Collaborate with department heads on staffing needs and workforce planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proactive problem-solving approach and eagerness to learn
- Valid Minnesota driver's license (if local travel required)
