Responsibilities
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
- Support new hire onboarding: prepare orientation materials, conduct background checks
- Maintain HR databases and personnel files with strict confidentiality
- Coordinate employee training programs and track development records
- Assist with HR compliance documentation and reporting
- Support employee relations initiatives and resolve routine inquiries

Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
