What You’ll Do:
- Assist with the full-cycle onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in our HRIS system.
- Coordinate internal events and employee engagement activities.
- Support the HR team with payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Respond to general HR inquiries via phone and email.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documentation and newsletters.
- Assist with compliance audits and document filing.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or HR preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Experience with HR software or similar systems is a plus.
