Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Assist in maintaining HRIS systems and employee records
- Coordinate employee training programs and development workshops
- Facilitate new hire orientations and culture integration
- Administer benefits enrollment and employee relations inquiries
- Assist with HR compliance documentation and reporting
- Support engagement initiatives and employee recognition programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR a plus)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of employment regulations and compliance
- Proactive problem-solving approach with customer focus
- Valid Maryland driver's license required for occasional travel
