Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records in HRIS systems
- Coordinate employee training programs and development initiatives
- Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and HR procedures
- Assist with HR compliance documentation and reporting requirements
- Support HR administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and record maintenance
- Collaborate with department managers on workforce planning needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of basic HR principles and employment laws
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
