Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with new employee onboarding, including document preparation and orientation scheduling
- Maintain accurate HR records in our HRIS system (Workday experience preferred)
- Administer employee benefits programs and answer benefits-related inquiries
- Coordinate HR compliance initiatives including I-9 verification and policy updates
- Support employee engagement initiatives and cultural events
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis for leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with high level of confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR regulations
- Proactive problem-solving approach and eagerness to learn
