Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Assist with employee relations inquiries and documentation maintenance
- Manage HRIS data entry and ensure compliance with company policies
- Coordinate employee benefits programs and open enrollment periods
- Organize training sessions and new hire orientations
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement
- Support HR administrative tasks including file management and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment regulations (FLSA, EEO)
- Proactive problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (required for occasional site visits)
