Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent
- Assist with HRIS data management and benefits administration
- Coordinate employee training programs and development initiatives
- Manage employee relations documentation and policy compliance
- Support HR projects including engagement surveys and performance reviews
- Act as first point of contact for employee HR inquiries
- Assist with payroll processing and time-off tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with high organizational aptitude
- Knowledge of Colorado labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
