Responsibilities
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
- Support new hire onboarding processes including document preparation and orientation
- Maintain accurate HR records in our HRIS system (Workday experience a plus)
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and enrollment
- Support HR compliance initiatives including I-9 verification and personnel file audits
- Assist with employee relations matters and maintain confidential records
- Participate in HR projects such as engagement surveys and training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proactive problem-solving approach and team player mindset
- Basic knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, Title VII)
