Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for open positions using job boards and social media
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
- Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws
- Support employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
- Handle administrative HR tasks including documentation and reporting
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
