Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions using job boards and referrals
- Coordinate interview logistics and maintain candidate communication pipelines
- Assist with new hire onboarding processes including documentation and orientation
- Support HR compliance initiatives and maintain confidential personnel files
- Utilize HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) to manage applicant data and reporting
- Collaborate with department managers on hiring needs and recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software platforms
